Terms of Service

By creating an account or submitting a booking on trimediaco.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Trimedia provides professional real estate photography, videography, drone aerials, and virtual staging services in Northwest Arkansas. Service availability, scope, and pricing are as described at the time of booking.

Drone flights are performed under FAA Part 107 certification. We reserve the right to reschedule drone sessions due to weather, airspace restrictions, or other conditions outside our control at no additional charge.

• Booking confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booking at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled shoot time.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shoot may be subject to a late-cancellation fee as communicated at booking.
• No-shows: If we arrive on site and access is not available, the full session fee applies.

Invoices are issued following completion of each shoot. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur a late fee. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final files until payment is received.

Upon receipt of full payment, Trimedia grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered photographs and video for marketing your listed property. This includes MLS listings, social media, print, and advertising.

Trimedia retains the copyright to all delivered media. We may use delivered media in our own portfolio and marketing with reasonable discretion. If you require exclusive rights or restrictions on portfolio usage, please discuss this before booking.

Delivered files may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to third-party photographers or competing media companies.

Standard delivery is within 24 hours of the completed shoot. Rush delivery options may be available upon request. Timelines may be extended due to weather delays, technical issues, or high volume — we will communicate any delays promptly.

Trimedia's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales, commissions, or listing delays.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Arkansas.
