Trimedia (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a real estate photography and branding company based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We operate the website at trimediaco.com and the client booking portal accessible through it.

When you create an account or submit a booking we collect:

• Identity: full name, company or brokerage name
• Contact: email address, phone number
• Booking details: property address, preferred shoot dates, selected services
• Payment: invoicing records (we do not store card numbers — payments are processed by third-party processors)

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

• To schedule and manage your photo or video shoot
• To deliver completed media files through your client portal
• To send booking confirmations, shoot reminders, and delivery notifications by email
• To respond to your support requests
• To comply with applicable law

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your consent beyond transactional messages related to your bookings.

We share data with the following service providers only to the extent necessary to operate our platform:

• Resend – transactional email delivery
• Vercel – cloud hosting and content delivery
• Supabase / PostgreSQL – encrypted database storage
• Google Drive – media file storage and delivery

Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and, where applicable, data processing agreements.

We retain your account information and booking history for as long as your account is active, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
